To further improve product manufacturing efficiency and delivery stability, Helan Automation completed its fourth production line expansion and upgrade in early 2022 - officially launching a new CNC sheet metal processing supply chain system, achieving full-process independent manufacturing from structural design, precision cutting, bending forming to surface treatment.
This expansion not only includes CNC precision machining centers but also simultaneously introduces automatic bending, laser cutting equipment, and supporting process lines such as welding and coating, fully covering the self-development and production of core structural components needed for robotic arms and dispensing systems. Through integrated production layout, Helan further improves product consistency and production response speed, providing customers with more efficient and stable delivery experience.
"This newly launched sheet metal supply chain is an important step in continuously strengthening our delivery capabilities," said the head of Helan Automation. "Previously, some structural components relied on external coordination, resulting in long cycles and low error tolerance. Now we can more flexibly adjust production rhythm to ensure precise and reliable structures for every robotic equipment."
Currently, the CNC sheet metal processing system fully serves the production needs of Helan's multi-axis robotic arms, fully automatic dispensing machines, soldering systems, and other products, providing stronger support for product structure innovation and customization capabilities. This expansion marks another milestone in Helan's effort to build full-chain delivery capabilities for intelligent automation equipment, and also provides solid guarantee for the company to undertake large-scale customized projects in the future.
